Job Summary

Jungle Jim's is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
Work Environment

Jungle Jim's is a fast-paced restaurant environment that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be expected to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
