Job Summary

Nanaimo Pharmacy Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of prescription information to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that medications and pharmaceutical products are stored and retrieved efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
