Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform various cleaning functions and services throughout the hospital and annexes, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
- Supply Management: Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns or issues.
- Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in a related field (e.g., housekeeping, facilities management) an asset.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, lift, and reach continuously throughout the shift.
