Job Title: Technical Product Owner - CRM & Data Privacy

Mark Anthony Group is a leading producer and distributor of fine wine, premium Ready to Drink (RTD) products, and spirits in the Global beverage alcohol industry. We are an innovative and ambitious organization with a successful track record of building successful and disruptive brands.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner - CRM & Data Privacy to maximize the value delivered by the team on all Lifecycle, CRM, and Consent Management workstreams. The successful candidate will manage the product lifecycle, oversee development needs, and be responsible for the successful delivery of digital products, while partnering with the Digital Center of Excellence and other key business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee development needs in Lifecycle and Consent Management products including Braze, Active Campaign, Ketch, and OneTrust.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle of the CRM products to build personalized engagement journeys with target audiences that drive business growth.
  • Translate business product vision into tangible backlog and create user stories for development teams to act on.
  • Work closely with compliance and privacy teams to ensure the product deliverable aligns with legal requirements and business objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact with current and prospective lifecycle and privacy system vendors.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of email marketing, consents management, and data acquisition experience.
  • 5+ years of agile/product management experience.
  • Critical thinking to problem solve from a technical solutions perspective.
  • Project management - strong organization/communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
