Your Impact:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the 24/7 Global Network & ABM Operations team, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and organizational standards.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for network and automation operations, encompassing both production and non-production environments.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Define clear business outcomes, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  • Manage the overall budget and resource allocation for the Global Network Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring efficient utilization of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team environment by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Provide mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and career advancement.
Your Expertise:
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale network operations teams in complex, global environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, and security protocols.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
