Position Summary:
As a vital member of our team, you will engage in high-quality landscape maintenance and design services. You will embody our core values by demonstrating respect and courtesy towards all clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, fertilization, weed management, aeration, and seasonal clean-ups.
  • Utilize various mechanical equipment such as commercial mowers, blowers, and trimmers effectively.
  • Implement landscape enhancement projects including mulch application, planting, and lawn seeding.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, escalating to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Support the Team Leader in planning and organizing routes and jobs to ensure resource availability.
  • Assist with equipment upkeep and repairs under the guidance of the Team Leader.
  • Apply chemicals as directed by a licensed applicator, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED (or current student status).
  • A minimum of one year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical demands of the role.
