We are looking for an experienced Conservation Planner to engage in a significant conservation initiative focused on safeguarding biodiversity. This role will require you to work closely with a variety of stakeholders to advance conservation strategies, land safeguarding efforts, and ecological assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in initiatives aimed at biodiversity preservation
- Engage with partners for effective conservation strategy development
- Conduct ecological assessments and data analysis
- Promote collaborations and facilitate community engagement
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Familiarity with legislation governing protected areas is crucial. Experience in collaborative project planning and management is highly valued. Proficiency in relevant software applications and GIS tools is advantageous.
