Job Summary

NewGround International is seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Lead to join our dynamic Interior Design department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the interior design of projects, driving innovation and creativity, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction professionals
  • Develop and present design concepts and construction documents to clients
  • Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
  • Provide documentation to estimating to establish project budget
  • Assist Senior Interior Designers on larger projects, receiving mentorship and guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • 5+ years of commercial interior design experience
  • NCIDQ, LEED, or WELL accreditation preferred
  • Proficient with Revit and InDesign
  • Valid G driver's license for rental cars
