Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to provide in-home care services to clients in Ontario. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at your own pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
- Document client progress and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience in in-home care or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
