GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, inspiring the team to provide outstanding service
  • Assist in overseeing sales operations and cash register activities, including product display maintenance, gift wrapping, and order processing
  • Ensure the accuracy of Läderach product presentation while adhering to food safety standards
  • Support the scheduling of effective staff shifts and organize store meetings/events
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain accurate product merchandising and manage inventory orders
  • Contribute to achieving compliance with in-store policies and loss prevention measures
  • Act as a key representative of corporate values to both customers and team members
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-focused luxury retail environment
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a retail setting with progressive responsibilities (e.g., advancement from associate to shift lead/assistant manager)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
  • Dependable with a flexible schedule, including availability for extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages (English, German, French, and Spanish preferred but not required)
  • Foster an atmosphere of courtesy and professionalism
  • Passionate about chocolate and its craftsmanship
