Financial Reporting Supervisor

Pathfind, a prominent player in the real estate development sector, is on the lookout for a Financial Reporting Supervisor to enhance their financial oversight capabilities. The organization is involved in a variety of areas including residential, commercial, and land development.

Role Overview

The Financial Reporting Supervisor will take charge of the organization’s financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and job costing functions. This role requires close collaboration with the CFO and other senior management to ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the consolidation of financial data for precise accounting
  • Draft and evaluate financial statements
  • Work alongside auditors during year-end procedures
  • Develop and distribute financial reporting packages
  • Maintain knowledge of current accounting standards
  • Establish internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
  • Promote process enhancements
  • Conduct financial analyses and generate reports
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams
  • Compose internal position documents
  • Generate supplementary financial reports
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
  • CPA certification is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting
