Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and prepare tables for service.
  • Manage the replacement of linens and ensure cleanliness of dining surfaces.
  • Sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwashing mats and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
  • Load and operate dishwashers to efficiently wash dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Organize and store clean dishes in designated areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at dining areas.
  • Hand wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items as needed.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with conventional ovens, deep fryers, and grills is preferred.
Safety and Security

Must be bondable and adhere to safety protocols in the kitchen.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs).
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
