Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operators Supervisor to join our team at Superior Asphalt Paving Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of heavy equipment operators and ensuring the smooth execution of our paving projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiency in our operations
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors and managers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support operations
  • Supervise and mentor heavy equipment operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the heavy equipment industry
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
