Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages appropriately
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations
  • Set up and manage both manual and digital filing systems
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, forms, and various documents
