Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Analyst to join our team at Lafarge Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the development, leadership, and management of SAP-based operational functions and performance for the St-Constant cement plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high levels of environmental and safety compliance while leveraging production excellence to create superior products and services.
  • Champion data integrity to ensure an efficient flow of production data through the SAP system, providing uninterrupted supply of product through system processes.
  • Develop and manage individual plant and production performance reporting, including equipment efficiency, uptime, downtime, capex, and trend analysis.
  • Oversee and assist with administrative workflow, material creation, and management of inventory continuities.
  • Support operational functions and performance for the area, providing key operational data and analysis.
Requirements
  • College diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Production Management Technology, Industrial Process Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering Technology.
  • 1-3 years of heavy manufacturing experience.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, process-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills, research, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with various computer applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both official languages.
