Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Analyst to join our team at Holcim. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and providing data-driven insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting, using SAP and other systems to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and quality assurance.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, reducing waste and improving resource allocation.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, informing strategic business decisions.
Requirements
  • Diploma in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, production management, or industrial processes.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other business software, with experience in data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
