Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos (Embrun). As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Direct and manage the activities of our food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, to ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
Train and Develop StaffProvide training and guidance to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Manage Schedules and ReportsEstablish and manage work schedules for our food service staff, and prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and focus throughout the workday
Personal SuitabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration
