We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at SOO SOLUTIONS INC. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and income tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Skills: Basic security clearance, ability to work independently, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, work under pressure
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, adaptability
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work will be performed in a office setting with regular working hours of 35 hours per week.
