Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and income tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Skills: Basic security clearance, ability to work independently, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, adaptability
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work will be performed in a office setting with regular working hours of 35 hours per week.
