About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Document Manager to join our team at IFG - International Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing technical criteria, compiling requirements, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of tender documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze technical criteria of calls for tenders
  • Compile requirements and support the development of implementation strategies
  • Organize and coordinate technical meetings with relevant personnel
  • Assist the project manager in assembling the service offer and ensuring timely availability of support documents
  • Edit tender documents
  • Note, send, and follow up on questions and answers to the client
  • Complete a review of the service offering, ensuring content and quality of the proposal
  • Verify compliance with technical, quality, administrative, and legal criteria
  • Respect filing deadlines and ensure distribution of work among team members
  • Archive service offering documents and keep client files up to date
  • Communicate the results of tender openings
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate and organize technical meetings
  • Proficiency in editing and reviewing documents
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in translation or related field
  • Knowledge of tender processes and requirements
