About the Role

Fleetwood Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, provide guidance, and support children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress, identify potential learning or behavioral issues, and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other early childhood educators and assistants to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
