Parts Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at ABS Truck and Trailers Parts Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department, including preparing and submitting reports, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and training workers in duties and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on parts inventory, maintenance schedules, and other relevant data.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on our fleet of trucks and trailers, ensuring that all vehicles are in good working condition.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our team members in their duties and policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Co-ordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues.
