Job Title: Parts Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at ABS Truck and Trailers Parts Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our parts service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the parts service team, including preparing and submitting reports, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and resolving work problems.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that the team is working efficiently.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
