Reporting to the Leader of Spiritual Care & Volunteer Resources, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our volunteer programs within the hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination and communication skills, with a passion for supporting our dedicated volunteers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support in the planning, implementation, and delivery of all volunteer-related activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the work of the volunteer team to ensure efficient program execution.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the hospital to identify volunteer needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
