Volunteer Resources Coordinator Role

As a key member of the Mount St. Mary Hospital team, the Volunteer Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the planning, implementation, and delivery of the hospital's Volunteer Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Leader of Spiritual Care & Volunteer Resources to develop and implement volunteer programs
  • Providing administrative support to the Volunteer Team, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
  • Building and maintaining relationships with volunteers, hospital staff, and community partners
  • Assisting with volunteer recruitment, training, and recognition efforts
