In this position, you will be responsible for fulfilling the recruitment needs of our clinics by managing job postings, evaluating resumes, sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, and preparing offer letters.

We prefer candidates who are based in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing job postings through our Applicant Tracking System
  • Utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other online resources to identify and attract candidates
  • Conducting and documenting initial phone interviews and assessments
  • Employing our applicant tracking system to source candidates and maintain their profiles
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both applicants and team members
  • Generating recruitment activity reports from our ATS
  • Collaborating closely with clinic teams to provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on business
  • 1-2 years of experience in a junior recruitment or recruitment coordination role
  • Experience in conducting phone interviews and assessments
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Teams
  • A collaborative team player dedicated to the success of the organization and colleagues
