Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at Carewest Innovative Healthcare. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to observe, monitor, and report on client status, ensuring that changes in physical and emotional status are communicated to the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prescribed medications accurately as per policy and procedure.
Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times, adhering to Carewest's Frame of Reference, Philosophy of Care, and Carewest policies.
Perform other related duties as required.

Program Summary: Our Complex Care program is designed for frail seniors who require the care of an interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life in safe, comfortable, and supportive environments. We offer a mix of secured and unsecured units, providing a unique opportunity for our clients to thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, plus graduation from an Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required.
Must be physically capable of managing the frequent lifting, transferring, and repositioning of clients.
Active and current registration in the Alberta HCA Directory is required.
Related experience in a healthcare facility is an asset.
Program-specific training/experience is an asset.
