The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our Digital Solutions Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and implementing application solutions for our business units.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Solution Definition

Develop and propose business systems and technology solutions as part of project leadership teams.

  1. Design Business Applications

Design business application systems, including end-to-end solution components, to deliver required functional and non-functional capabilities.

  1. Integration and Oversight

Design the integration of business applications with complex systems of applications and infrastructure in a multi-company environment.

  1. Quality Assurance

Provide oversight to ensure that all components of systems are properly constructed and implemented as designed.

  1. Collaboration and Communication

Engage with other business, system, and enterprise architects on the team and across the enterprise to ensure that solutions across the organization are aligned.

Requirements

  1. Experience

At least 10 years' experience designing, integrating, and implementing application solutions for businesses in a large, complex systems environment.

  1. Skills

Proven skills in designing and delivering multi-platform business application solutions.

  1. Leadership and Collaboration

Superior leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  1. Communication and Problem-Solving

Effective communication and internal consulting skills with a strong customer service orientation.

  1. Education

Post-secondary education in a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Industry Knowledge

Knowledge of the Canadian Financial Services industry.

  1. Technical Skills

Experience with Salesforce Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce (AWS) Voice.

  1. Cloud Implementations

Familiarity with cloud implementations and migrations.

  1. API Integration

Experience using Mulesoft API integration, encryption, and industry security protocols.
