Food Service Manager

SUNSET GRILL ALL DAY BREAKFAST RESTAURANT is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy breakfast restaurant.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver exceptional service.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate Ingredients: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to inform business decisions.
As a Food Service Supervisor at SUNSET GRILL ALL DAY BREAKFAST RESTAURANT, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. You will be on your feet for extended periods, standing, walking, and bending to perform various tasks.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Personal Qualities: Client-focused, efficient, flexible, and dependable, with a strong attention to detail.
