About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Men's Hair Stylist to join our team at Gentleman's, A Men's Grooming Company (BARBER SHOP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their hair needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for hair cuts and styles.
  • Hair Cutting and Styling: Cut and style hair using a variety of techniques, including cutting, trimming, tapering, curling, waving, perming, and styling.
  • Shaving and Grooming: Shave and trim beards and mustaches, and provide custom hair and scalp treatments.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel welcome and valued in our salon.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
