About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Men's Hairdresser to join our team at Gentleman's, A Men's Grooming Company (BARBER SHOP). As a Men's Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatments to clients
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences
  • Shampoo customers' hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Apply hair extensions
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

As a Men's Hairdresser at Gentleman's, you will be working in a busy barber shop environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
