Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Bel Air Gardens Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
