We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team at Cosmeticphysicianpartners. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks of the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using accounting software and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take a leadership role on the full accounting cycle for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records, subledger schedules, and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Prepare consolidating and eliminating entries at different levels of the organization, ensuring seamless financial integration.
  4. Prepare balance sheet and profit and loss statements, consolidated financial statements, and other accounting reports as necessary, providing insights for business decision-making.
  5. Prepare and review timely month-end close, ensuring recording of all pertinent transactions, including setting up monthly accruals.
  6. Assist with year-end audit and tax preparation process, responding to requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Work closely with accounts payable team to ensure payables process is running smoothly, supporting timely payments to vendors and stakeholders.
  8. Perform other accounting and financial tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Accounting or a related field, preferably with a strong academic record.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, with a proven track record of technical knowledge and expertise.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and accuracy, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage work with minimal supervision.
  4. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
