Restaurant Operations Manager

Jessys Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Operations and Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working to increase sales and revenue for the restaurant.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
