About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Sheshu's Sizzling Tandoor Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock and Maintain the Sales Floor: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Assist with in-store promotions, sales events, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Monitor the sales floor, report any incidents or concerns to management, and participate in safety training programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
