  • Work Site Environment: As a Fruit Farm Laborer, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, often at heights, and in hot conditions.
  • Tasks and Duties: Your primary responsibilities will include:
    • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
    • Fertilizing and spraying crops to maintain their health and quality.
    • Harvesting crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
    • Examining products for quality and readiness for market.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: You will be working with tractors and other agricultural equipment, so experience with these machines is essential.
