About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team at BQ International Ltd. as a key member of our Enterprise Analytics group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our data management practices and governance, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Data Management Strategies: Design and implement data management strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring that our data is well-organized, easily accessible, and meets the needs of our stakeholders.
  2. Lead Data Governance Initiatives: Lead initiatives to establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring that our data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and data analysts, to ensure that our data management practices are aligned with our business objectives.
  4. Develop and Maintain Data Reference Architectures: Develop and maintain data reference architectures that ensure our data is well-organized, easily accessible, and meets the needs of our stakeholders.
  5. Provide Data Insights and Recommendations: Provide data insights and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring that our data is used to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, and enterprise analytics.
  2. Strong Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in data management, data governance, and enterprise analytics, including experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. TOGAF Certification: TOGAF certification or equivalent experience in enterprise architecture.
  2. Data Management Certification: Data management certification, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Certified Data Management Associate (CDMA).
  3. Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
