Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team at SaskEnergy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data management solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data architecture strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and implement data management solutions that ensure data quality and integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurately and efficiently managed
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
  • Provide expert advice on data management best practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management and architecture
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
  • Experience with data design, data architecture, data management, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and experience with Microsoft Analytics Tools
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
  • Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality regulations
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Certification in TOGAF or equivalent
