We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Nissan Gabriel Anjou in Montréal, QC.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicle service
- Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Prepare and present repair and service estimates to customers
- Meet and greet customers, answer their questions, and provide a positive experience
- 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor
- Proficiency in SERTI - Admin software
