Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate, assign, and review work for staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supervision: Lead a team of 1-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and a team player attitude.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and management principles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
