We are seeking a dedicated Financial Consultant M/F for an apprenticeship with our esteemed partner, IPAC Bachelor Factory. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while pursuing a recognized diploma.

TRAINING PROGRAM:

Over the course of 12 months, you will engage in an apprenticeship contract designed to prepare you for a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Insurance (Certified level 6 - Bac). This program is structured to provide 70% of your training in a practical work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the Commercial Department, you will report directly to the Insurance division manager. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. Your tasks will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients
  • Offering expert advice and support
  • Expanding the client portfolio
  • Addressing initial inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance of customer files
  • Conducting outreach through phone prospecting

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Strong analytical abilities and a genuine commercial mindset
  • Team-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Proficient in various computer applications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent ECTS credits

COMPENSATION:

Remuneration will be based on a percentage of the minimum wage, in accordance with the apprenticeship contract.
