Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at CDS-Baggage Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer equipment and machinery, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including shippers and receivers, transportation route and crew schedulers.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance on improving productivity and product quality.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
