Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
