Electrical Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Erie Meat Products Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic equipment, electrical equipment, and services.
  • Support the plant stationary engineers in maintaining the refrigeration system, boilers, wells, compressors, and waste water plant.
  • Support production processes as needed.
  • Have an understanding of PLC, Servos to support manufacturing processes, such as assembly lines.
  • Complete electrical installations to meet company and ESA standards.
Requirements:
  • 309 or 442A Industrial Electrical license.
  • At least three years' Canadian experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset.
  • Experience working in a food plant and the requirements of HACCP.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay rate of $41.90/hr.
  • OT rate (1.5) paid after 44 hours.
  • Monday – Friday, some Saturdays.
