Key Responsibilities:- Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet our company's gold-standard specifications, using your expertise to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
- Block Checks: Conduct thorough block checks to remove any defective pieces and replace them with perfect ones, utilizing your knowledge of our production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Material Preparation: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, ensuring that each item is prepared for the next stage of production.
- Production Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, efficient work environment by cleaning machines and your workspace, promoting safety and efficiency throughout the production line.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the production line, utilizing your multitasking skills to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
- This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 75 pounds, as well as sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Manual dexterity, concentration, and thoroughness are also essential for success in this role.
- Team spirit and collaboration are highly valued in this position, as you will be working closely with other team members to achieve our quality and production goals.
