Lead Traffic Engineer/Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Traffic Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at EXP. As a key member of our transportation and infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to transportation planning and traffic operations analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and supervise a team of transportation planning and traffic operations analysts
  • Manage projects related to environmental assessment, construction traffic impact analysis, transportation master plans, and operational analysis
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality control
  • Oversee the assessments and preparation of reports, drawings, and presentations
  • Represent EXP and/or our clients at public and private meetings
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of related experience
  • RAQS certification for Traffic Impact Analysis or qualifications to certify
  • Experience in project management, report preparation, and client relationship management
  • Proficient in specialized traffic assessments and/or transportation planning software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as advanced technical writing abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
