Estimate Ingredients and Supplies

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for estimating the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control and Customer Service

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Record Keeping and Reporting

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Work Schedules and Supervision

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules and supervising a team of 1 to 2 people, ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

Standing for Extended Periods

The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, requiring good physical stamina and the ability to work in a standing position for long periods.

Requirements
  • Education

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

The Food Service Supervisor will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service and supervision.

Language

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Work Schedule

The Food Service Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime as required.
