Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet our quality standards and customer preferences.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
Work Environment:

Wimpy's Diner is a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on providing high-quality food and excellent customer service. As an Executive Chef, you will be expected to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of our business.
