About the Role:

MGN Events is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical aspects of events, including equipment, logistics, and crew.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure that all aspects of the event are coordinated and executed to a high standard.
  • Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring that costs are kept to a minimum while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the technical warehouse team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
  • Manage supplier arrangements, including negotiation of favorable terms and ensuring that all quality and delivery standards are met.
  • Oversee the installation and de-rig of equipment, ensuring that the highest possible quality standards are met and delivery runs smoothly and to schedule.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical innovations and best practices in the industry.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience as a Production Manager in a live events or production agency.
  • Proven experience managing production budgets over £30k.
  • Valid drivers' license.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience of running virtual events would be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Vmix and Current RMS.
