Job Title: Security Guard Mobile

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Mobile to join our team. As a Security Guard Mobile, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify potential security risks and take corrective action.
  • Provide guard supervision and support to ensure the effective operation of our security services.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of security personnel and resources.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and security personnel to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and operate security vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Drivers abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last 3 years.
  • Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology is preferred.
  • Previous security experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • First Aid, CPR Level C.
  • COVID Double Vaccinated.
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C.
  • Valid Ontario Security License.

  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Paladin OHS Orientation.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Dealing with People with Mental Illness.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Workplace Respect.
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Slips, Trips and Falls.
  • Additional courses as assigned.

Certification Requirements:
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
