Job Title: Mobile Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Mobile Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct property inspections to identify potential security risks
  • Provide guard supervision and support to other security personnel
  • Assist with scheduling and client liaison duties
  • Perform vehicle maintenance and ensure that all equipment is in good working order

Requirements:

  • Valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Drivers abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last 3 years
  • Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology is preferred
  • Previous security experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • First Aid, CPR Level C
  • COVID Double Vaccinated
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
  • Valid Ontario Security License

  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Dealing with People with Mental Illness course
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Workplace Respect course
  • Successful completion of Paladin's online Slips, Trips and Falls course

Certification Requirements:
